Shandon Pereria is an artist as well as a dancer. He graduated Teaneck High School in 2015.
Shandon started dancing his Freshman year in High School in the Teaneck Terpsichoreans program. During his time there he was able to train with Alfred Gallman, founder of the Newark Dance Theater in New Jersey. Called an "artistic son" by Alvin Ailey, Gallman has been a master teacher and choreographer for over 40 years. Through his training with Alfred, Shandon became versatile in his styles including contemporary, repertoire, and of course Hip Hop. After graduating , he continued to pursue his passion for dance and started collaborating with local Hip Hop companies such as Project D and Chosen Few. He is a freestyler and battle dancer focusing on Flexing styles. He is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and experience from the real world with his dancers.
